Return & Exchange

When a client receives a product and delivery is complete, they have 3 days to exchange the size or inform the customer service team about any defect or blemish on the item.

The faulty item might be returned to SIOR OFFICIAL Customer Service Team within 3 days of delivery. Upon consideration by our team, we will inform the customer about the product, and if any request for size exchange, damage product, or return is applicable.

In any case, no money shall be returned to the customer. If they receive a faulty or damaged item from SIOR OFFICIAL, it shall be forwarded to Online Credit, where they will be able to choose a similar product in the same/higher price range.

Any product purchased online will be exchanged only from online.

Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.

If the quality of the product is compromised or discoloration happens within 7 days of delivery, the customer must notify the Customer Service team.

Any exchange or return issue must be solved within 7 days from the date of delivery. After that time period, neither party would be able to place any request for exchange or return.

Important Notes

• Every client must be informed to check the status of the product before they take delivery and place payment by our delivery service provider.
• Every customer must be encouraged to return on the spot if they find a faulty item or size issue.

Discount Sales

Return, exchange, and refund policy will not be applicable for any discounted product(s). Any discounted item once purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Express Delivery

• To get same-day delivery, orders need to be placed before 11 am.
• Orders need to be confirmed by the customer service team by 12 pm.
• The product will be delivered to the customer within 6 hours of handing over to the delivery agent.
• An express delivery charge of TK 200 applies.
• For accessories, the order needs to be paid in full in advance to process delivery.
